Shipping Information

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
We use EMS, DHL and Postal Parcel to send most of our orders. FASWING reserves the right to use discretion in any circumstance where it makes more sense to use an alternative delivery method.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship internationally.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
We offer three types of delivery services:

1. Express delivery for most countries (The US or European) in 3-15 working days.

2. Stand delivery for most countries (The US or European) in 7-25 working days.

3. Economic delivery (for small parcel) for most countries in 15-50 working days.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
After your order has been shipped, you will be emailed the tracking information. Every package will have a tracking number. You can also login to your account at any time to check the current status or review your order information.
DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS & IMPORT CHARGES?
All prices do not include customs tax, customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost might be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. The customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to us due to unpaid customs charges. Postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deductible from any refund due.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
At faswing.com, we go to great lengths to ensure your shopping experience is as easy and secure as possible. Firstly you need to know your vehicle information, this can be your make, model, version and year. Our comprehensive catalogs system will look for the car parts for your section. Search or the menus will navigate to the part you need. Once you have found the item, check the fitment information to confirm it is the correct part for your vehicle. If in doubt feel free to contact our experienced customer service team. Once you have finished shopping simply go to the checkout, choose the method of shipping you would like and continue to payment. If you are happy with the order, confirm the payment and the items will be dispatched to you.
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
Having an account is not essential as you can select Checkout as Guest to complete an order without logging in. Any orders placed as a guest require you to manually enter your address and payment information and will not be saved for future reference.
HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the option to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.

Returns & Refunds Information

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

HOW LONG WILL IT BE BEFORE I GET A REFUND?
After we receive your item(s) back, our warehouse department will inspect and restock the goods. Once our warehouse department has done this, an automated refund is generated on our system. Your outstanding refund is then processed by our accounts department back to your original payment method. When returning your products please remember to include your original invoice, without this it may delay your refund.
HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the option to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.
WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM?
We hope that you are happy with your purchases. And we take great care in dispatching goods to the highest quality, however, we know that sometimes things can go wrong and you will need to may need to return an item. Please follow the following procedure: We would require an image to be emailed to us providing all the damage caused. Please email this to support@faswing.com.
