What material do you use and will it fit my bike?

We use OEM-grade injection-molded ABS plastic for high durability and precision fit—just like factory parts. The alignment tabs and pre-drilled holes ensure a snug, bolt-on installation on your specific model and year.

Will they really fit my bike model?

Yes. Every kit is molded for a specific year, make, and model. Fitment guaranteed.

Can I customize the paint design or colors?

Yes! We accept custom designs using your reference photos. Simple designs typically carry no added cost, while complex layouts may incur a small fee.

Will the kit include decals and accessories?

Full fairing kits come with all shown parts—decals, heat shields, and mounting hardware.

Do your fairings crack easily?

Other cheaper do. Ours is made of flexible ABS that can withstand vibration and speed without cracking.

Order & Production Process

How do I place an order?

Select your bike model and design options, add to cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of payment. After that, restocking fees may apply, or cancellation might not be possible once production begins.

How long does production take?

Standard kits take approximately 7–15 business days to paint. Complex or custom designs may take longer.

Shipping & Tracking

Where do you ship?

We ship globally to most countries—including the U.S., U.K., Australia, and beyond.

What shipping options are available, and how long will it take?

We use Air Express by default. Delivery normally takes 10–25 business days, depending on location. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Are customs duties included?

No. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We may mark the package to a lower value to minimize duties, where permitted.

Can you ship to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately, no. Our couriers require a physical street address for delivery.

Returns, Replacements & Warranty

What if parts arrive damaged or missing?

Please report any damage or missing items within 48 hours of receipt with photos. We’ll arrange free replacements promptly.

Can I return the kit if I’m not satisfied?

Return approval depends on product condition and timing; damage from installation may affect eligibility. Please see the Returns and Refunds page for details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major credit/debit cards.

Can I get a photo of the finished fairing before shipping?

Absolutely! Just ask, and we’ll email you a photo for your approval before shipping.

You’ll receive email updates at every step—from order confirmation and painting to dispatch and shipping.
