1. Order Placement
- After you place your order and complete payment, our team begins processing immediately.
- During this phase, you may make limited changes. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
2. Production/Fulfillment
Fairing Production time: 7-15 days, shipped after quality inspection.
Custom designs or custom kits require additional time:
Custom fairing kits typically take 10-20 business days to produce.

Free Shipping

4. Order Tracking
- Upon shipment, you'll receive a tracking number via email—usually within 24–72 hours.
- You can track your package via the provided link or directly on our website’s “Track Your Order” page.
- If you don’t receive a tracking number within 72 hours of placing your order, please contact Customer Service.
5. Inspection & Issue Reporting
- Upon receiving the products, please inspect them within 72 hours for any damage or defects.
If issues are found:
Do not install the parts.
Send clear photos of both the product and its packaging.
Report the issue to support within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for replacement.
6. Returns, Replacements & Cancellations
Damages or manufacturing defects are eligible for replacement at no extra cost, as long as the items are unused and reported within the specified timeframe.
Color mismatches or custom paint preferences are not eligible for return.
Cancelling an order is only possible within one hour of order placement.
Notes for Customers
Shipping times may be extended for remote addresses, customs, or global disruptions.
Additional fees like import duties are the customer's responsibility.

Yes. We ship globally to most countries—including the U.S., U.K., Australia, and beyond.
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.
We only ship to the contiguous 48 states at this time.
We do not ship to APO, FPO or DPO addresses at this time.
The instant our warehouse creates a shipping label, the shipping carrier assigns a tracking number for your package. At the same time, we send a message to the email address you provided at checkout containing your parcel’s shipping information. While you may have the actual tracking number, for technical reasons beyond our control, FedEx and USPS websites may take 24–48 hours before they show any tracking activity. Please be sure to check back occasionally during that time to see if your tracking information has been updated. Of course, if you have any trouble tracking your package, please contact FASWING right away so we may help you determine your package’s location.
