How do I track my order?

You can easily check the status of your order, from initial acceptance to shipment. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a detailed email with a tracking number, allowing you to precisely track your shipment from the warehouse to your doorstep. If you have a FASWING account, simply log in to [My Account] and click on your order to easily check the progress of your package.

My order has not arrived. Where's my stuff?

All orders ship within the timeframe specified on the product page. Shipping time typically ranges from 2-5 business days, depending on your location. Please check your shipment tracking number to determine when it will arrive. If your package is unusually delayed, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. In the event of a shipping anomaly, our Customer Service team will quickly work with the carrier to locate and deliver your package.

Do you ship outside the United States?

We currently ship outside of the United States.

What payment methods do you accept?

FASWING accepts PayPal, American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa. To complete payment for your order, you'll need to provide your credit card number, expiration date, CCV code, and the card issuer's full name and billing address. For maximum security, we don't store your payment information on our servers.

How do I cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within one hour of submitting your order (during normal business hours). Once your order arrives at our warehouse, we will customize your motorcycle fairing to your specifications, and you will not be able to modify or cancel it.
